Sandra and Glenn Cunningham The Sandra and Glenn D. Cunningham Foundation is located in Jersey City. The second largest city in New Jersey and one of the most culturally diverse in the nation. The late Glenn D. Cunningham a former US Marine, Jersey City Police Officer, Jersey City Councilman and Hudson County Freeholder and his wife Sandra Bolden Cunningham founded the organization shortly after Glenn D. Cunningham was elected as the first African-American Mayor of Jersey City. Later, he served as a New Jersey State Senator.
